Refund Policy

When you get a refund

• Your prepaid order is cancelled before it is packed.
• An item is missing, damaged or not as described. Please tell us on the day of delivery.
• We cancel your order for any reason.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show the credit. Cash on delivery orders that are cancelled before delivery have nothing to refund.

Fresh food

Because meat and seafood are perishable, we cannot accept returns once delivered. If something is wrong, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
