Meatzania delivers fresh chicken, mutton, beef, seafood and ready-to-cook meats to your door in Madurai. Everything is cut, cleaned and packed on the day it is delivered.

We currently deliver across Madurai. Enter your PIN code at the top of the page and we will tell you straight away whether we serve your area. New cities are added regularly.

Express delivery usually arrives within 30 to 90 minutes, depending on your area and how busy we are. The estimate is shown at checkout.

Yes. Choose scheduled delivery at checkout and pick a time slot for today or the next two days. Slots close a short while before they start so we can prepare your order properly.

Delivery charges depend on your area and your order value. Many orders qualify for free delivery once they cross the free-delivery amount, which is shown in your cart along with any minimum order value.

You can pay online with UPI, cards or net banking, or pay cash when your order arrives. Cash on delivery may have a maximum order value.

Payments are confirmed by our payment partner, not by your browser. If money was deducted and the order was not confirmed, it is refunded to the original payment method automatically. Contact us if it has not arrived within a few working days.

You can cancel from the order page until we start packing it. Prepaid orders that are cancelled are refunded to the original payment method. Once an order is packed or out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled.

Please contact us on the day of delivery with your order number and a photo if you can. We will replace the item or refund it.

Fresh products are cut and packed on the day of delivery, not carried over from earlier days. Frozen products are labelled as frozen on the product page.

Refrigerate fresh meat at 0 to 4 °C as soon as it arrives and cook it within 24 hours, or freeze it straight away. Each product page has specific storage instructions.
